ABOUT US

Healing Communities,
One Family at a Time.

Since 2010, the Gidauniyar Alheri Community Health Centre has been the heartbeat of primary healthcare across Gwale and Dala in Kano State — ranked Nigeria’s #1 PHC and caring for thousands of mothers, children, and families who have nowhere else to turn.

Our Story

Built from faith,
sustained by purpose.

Gidauniyar Alheri — meaning “Foundation of Grace” — was founded in June 2010 with a singular conviction: that every family in Kano State deserves access to quality primary healthcare, regardless of income or location.

What began as a modest community health post serving twelve traditional wards has grown into a nationally recognised centre of excellence. Today we serve Gwale, Dala, and expanding surrounding areas — a lifeline for mothers giving birth, children receiving vaccines, and families managing chronic conditions with nowhere else to turn.
